Taking trials as a class
to receive the blessing and lesson from God our Teacher!
1 Peter 4:12-13; "Don’t be surprised at the fiery
trials you are going through, as if something strange were happening to
you. Instead, be very glad—for these trials make you partners with
Christ in His suffering, so that you will have the wonderful joy of
seeing his glory when it is revealed to all the world.” When we understand
there’s a blessing and lesson in our trials we can actually get to the
place where we thank God for them. And the class of suffering
really is the only way we can become more like Christ. Being
Christ-like brings JOY and FREEDOM! “But it’s hard when I’m hurting
really bad and I want answers to my difficult questions. It’s
hard to hear what God says in Isaiah 55:8, "My thoughts are not your
thoughts, neither are your ways My ways.” I know.
But remember He loves you so much and even though you might not
understand the mind of God, you can understand the heart of God. You
might not understand WHY but you can know He has a way and the strength
for you to face whatever you may be facing. |
